2-1/2 cups of cooked, diced and chilled chicken breasts
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup sliced seedless grapes
1/2 cup toasted almonds
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
salt and pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, whip cream to soft peaks. Fold in mayonnaise. Add the rest of the ingedients. Mix well and chill.
My family loves this salad on croissants.
